Best hotel Wow, what an awesome place. My wife is very picky about hotels, and the Nut Grove manor did not let me down. The rooms were excellent rooms with air conditioning, a living room area, and a luxury bath (huge shower and tub). I was concerned about the food (my adult daughter is a very picky eater), but the food was incredible. We had ostrich filet, lamb shank, and beef tenderloin, along with pasta, and excellent desserts. We did take advantage of the spa services and I highly recommend booking spa appointments-great relaxing spa in a tree house. My thanks to everyone at Nut Grove Manor, the service was exceptional. You will not regret staying here!!!

Nut Grove Manor offers a serene retreat not far from the main road, striking a perfect balance between accessibility and seclusion. The property's setting exudes a calm, peaceful atmosphere that's immediately relaxing. Our Luxury Suite was extremely well-appointed with modern amenities, which was a pleasant surprise, albeit somewhat at odds with the historic setting we had anticipated. The contemporary touches, while comfortable, slightly diminished the expected old-world charm. The culinary experience was a highlight. Dinner was outstanding, and the staff's thoughtfulness in providing a high-quality takeaway breakfast for our early departure was much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing drink, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The individual staff encountered was professional and accommodating.The manor's atmosphere and ambiance were lovely, including well-maintained common area Overall, Nut Grove Manor provides a beautiful, tranquil stay with excellent dining. While it may not fully deliver on the historic manor experience some might expect, it compensates with modern comforts. It's an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat, provided you're comfortable with a more self- sufficient experience.

Excellet stay We love to stay here, the hotel staff extremely attentive, especially the manager, who endeavored to provide us with an excellent experience, offering us the best possible room, according to our specifications. We didn't try breakfast, as we went to Kruger very early, but the staff prepared us a bag with items to take and have breakfast in the park. The dinner was spectacular, very tasty and with impeccable service. I will certainly be staying again. Thank you.

Incredible Stay! My wife and I stayed here for our second time, and it was just as terrific as our first visit. The staff is so welcoming and really make you feel at home. The resident dogs Roxy, Missy, and Ziggy help make the stay even more perfect 🙂 This is a great jumping off point for a couple days before exploring Kruger National Park. We highly recommend staying here. It is our favorite accommodation that we have ever stayed at.

Charming hotel beautifully situated. Lovely restful place to stay after long day at Kruger. Charming rooms in separate units around the beautiful garden. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Altogether a delightful retreat.

Defining it as a hotel is an understatement! They are Villas surrounded by a lush garden equipped with every comfort, impeccable cleanliness and attention to guests precise and punctual in every request, The hotel restaurant offers excellent and varied cuisine at very fair prices.Also equipped with a swimming pool and an amazing spa.. on the tree! Too bad we only had to spend one night there being on the way to the Kruger Park. I recommend it !

Truly a little paradise, beautiful location, comfortable, tasty food, good and friendly service, massage between the trees, swimming pool; really very good; quite far from Johannesburg airport.
